Have a ways to go to get all of the info on the car but it is super fun trying to put it back together in these challenging times when parts are not available
The car will have disc brakes front and back and a donated 1098 engine and transmission. Virtually everything else will have to be brand new
The car is coming along nicely and just waiting for the engine to come back so I can install it along with everything else . All prepped and ready to install

Started out with 4.22 differential which whined and was not very economical. Doing 50000 rpm at 40 mph was not fun. Went to a 3.9 diff and was much better and quiet but still not enuf highway speed so I am going to a 3.7 diff this spring and hopefully this will work out well. Besides it is only money right? anything for a BugEye

I'd like to read your comments regarding your new 3.7 differential. Is it everything you expected?

Thanx for the note. I had sourced a 3.7 diff originally and got scammed on the deal so I kept looking and finally found another but when I examined it I found that it was damaged The vendor is a really cool guy who found another and is sending it to me and I should have it installed in about two weeks or so and will comment on it then
